Direct VCC Bitbanger to a Hardware COM Port #484

A checkbok and means to connect bitbanger I/O to a COM port.
Additionally add means to connect bitbanger I/O to a TCPIP serrver.

A lot of work is required to satisfy the request. So here's what's ahead for something like this.

1. The becker port and fd502 cartridges need to be refactored before any enhancements are made to either of them. ACIA cartridge may not need changes but probably will.
2. The networking code needs to be extracted from all current usage or a new version created.
3. You want to abstract the various devices including both serial and parallel with some or all of the following possibilities
   -- vcc/devices/***/serial_port for connections to physical com ports
   -- vcc/devices/***/parallel_port for physical single and bidirectional parallel ports.
   -- vcc/peripherals/communciation_periphreal to provide a common interface
   -- vcc/peripherals/modems/null_modem for generic connections like the becker port needs.
   -- vcc/peripherals/modems/hayes_modem for smart modem emulation or use an external program does it that can be packaged with VCC.
   -- vcc/peripherals/modems/cassette_modem a half duplex device used by programs like Graphicom to transfer files over phone lines through the cassette port.
   -- vcc/peripherals/printers/basic_printer base class for other printers.
   -- vcc/peripherals/printers/windows_printer for common access to print to the windows printer interface.
   -- vcc/peripherals/printers/generic_printer for sending unfiltered data to printers
   -- vcc/peripherals/printers/dmp_printer for DMP family of printers.
   -- vcc/peripherals/printers/cgp220_printer for CGB220 virtual color printer to compose the pages to send to the windows printer interface.
   -- vcc/peripherals/printers/dmp100_printer derived from dmp_printer to handle dmp100 control codes and compose the pages to send to the windows printer interface.
4. Add cartridge support for the various parallel and serial ports such as the Disto 4-in-1 adapter used in their controllers.
5. Since there will likely be a desire or even a need to share connections some type of port arbitrator may be needed.
6. Existing bit banger port support will need to be updated.
7. Existing cassette port support will need to be updated if that type of support is included.
8. Add a common configuration point, UI, and support.
9. Integrate.
