Improve cart loading menu #509
Description
When loading a cartridge from the MMI config the user is taken to the last directory used but it would be better the user is taken to the last used ROM directory for ROMS and the last used hardware pak dll directory for pak dll's.
For testing purposes there is still a need to have a directory other than vcc's .exe directory for the dll's One thought is to have mouse over the loading box [...] bring up a chooser ROM or PAK. The same chooser would be used when mouse over the box in the bare (before mpi is loaded) cartridge menu. A refinement would be to use the tab key for mouseless operation.
