Striptool

So the issues I've encountered small and after talking with James we' thought to summarize here:
Issues:

• An updated version of striptool is need (one with scatter plot)
• Pause button and delete buttons can't access .png file when I'm using striptool in another app
• Multiple instances of the striptool in one app have cross talk because they have global setttings. (even when multiple 'import....as....' of the striptool are used)
• Also want tot be able to set how many points to look at (ie plot 100, 5, 1 or however wanted)

Latest version shows two striptools running at the same time. Outstanding issues:

• DateTicks is still global. Needs to be local (though this is hard to do, I think)

• If you add the same signal to a different plot, it creates a whole new timer for that signal. It should use the original signal in both plots. But the signals reference the colour and other parameters. So would need a pointer equivalent
