Some bugs only appear when users expand a particular section.

As developers we often keep most sections collapsed for speed and to be kind to our servers.

If we add a new link (dev and qa only!) that expands all sections, we could at least catch any egregious runtime JavaScript errors.

Should this be on by default and configured OFF in production sites, probably via a flag in ApiCommonWebsite/Model/lib/conifer/roles/conifer/vars/ApiCommon/production/default.yml ?
