Remove differential expression fudges #1564
Description
Because we have been using fake data for so long, there are a lot of places where we need to be aware we've made temporary hacks that should be fixed for production. Making a list here.
differentialExpression.tsx Left TODO in isEnabledInPicker. Once we know the collection attributes, we can better filter to return true only when the study has the appropriate collection.
index.ts Uncomment the differentialExpression app but only after removing mbio from the list of approved projects in service-eda. See lines here.
NotebookPresets.tsx each notebook has a projects field that lists appropriate projects for that notebook. Mbio can be removed from any of the genomics ones.
