Integrate differential expression notebook into search

Get the differential expression (DE) notebook up and running within the search page for genomics.

My plan is to start with repeating the steps we used for WGCNA (see PR) and see how far that gets us. Most of it should be quite similar.

A bit about this.

We use pluginConfig.tsx to override the ui based on the query name. We swap the standard QuestionForm with EdaNotebookQuestionForm which has its own updateParamValue and so on. The EdaNotebookQuestionForm then sends EdaNotebookParameter into as the param group of the DefaultQuestionForm, which just means it will render the EdaNotebookParameter at a certain point in the form (requires there to only be ONE param group, see code). The EdaNotebookParameter maintains the analysis state, does a few other things, and then renders the EdaNotebookAdapter that finally renders the workspace container and EdaNotebookAnalysis.

The parts we need to focus on are from pluginConfig to EdaNotebookParameter. pluginConfig needs to add a new bit that tests for the correct queryname, and then if found redirect to EdaNotebookQuestionForm. Then for deseq EdaNotebookQuestionForm may need to create its own onSubmit function to pass down that sends the analysis object to the data service (?) who will then use the output of the compute to return gene ids.
