LOW priority? clinepi study access dashboard: some popup errors are unclear to user after closed

unfortunately when errors happen we dont warn the user

one case was: VEuPathDB/service-eda#64
(history table would never grow beyond 100)

now danica complains the history table is missing, and sometimes other tables).
it is due to an error : missing organization field on deleted users, expected by api
packages/libs/study-data-access/src/study-access/EntityTypes.ts
