Upgrade Django #365
Description
We are currently on Django 3.2.25 for which security support ended on April 1st 2024.
Sticking to LTS versions seems to be the way to go, meaning we should upgrade to 4.2.x, giving support until April 2026.

Undoubtedly, other dependencies will need upgrades as well
