Issues with using the vscodevim.vim extension via on-premise OpenVSX

Currently have multiple instances of OpenVSX 3.25 deployed on premise on OpenShift. I have about 1200 extensions published and available but I keep bumping into an issue with using the vscodevim.vim extension when pulled from OpenVSX. For clarity we're using Red Hat OpenShift DevSpaces with VSCode as our IDE.

If I attempt to install the vscodevim.vim extension I get the following error:

Like I said so far this is the only extension I have this problem with. Also if I download the vsix from our internal openvsx servers and install it manually it installs fine.
