How To Find C_Cpp_Properties.json

How Do I find the C_Cpp_Properties.json file?
I have Already Looked online otherwise i wouldnt be asking.
I have Already Done ctrl + shift + p and typed C/C++ as well as the json file name and get nothing
If it doesnt exist how do i make it exist?
Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated!

Seems to be a file from the C/C++ MS extension which works only with Visual Studio Code.
