GitHub Repo Push Pull Issues and Sync

There is an extension available for GitHub sync that allows us to sync a repository files locally as a project, sync the push pull requests, open issues, and also allows to sync any fixes or changes done in the project with the GitHub repo.

However, when I install the extension to VSCodium, it shows following error:

Is the extension not supported? What alternatives do we have as VSCodium users to do what this extension does?

The VSCodium version installed is latest as per "Check for updates".
