devcontainers extension for vscodium

Just pushed v0.3.0, it now supports running devcontainers from a remote-ssh install.

We just released Zygos Remote SSH for VsCodium (fully open source). Search for "vscodium remote-ssh" in the extensions area. Should work out of the box, no complex config. Also works for several vscodium/vscode-oss forks, though some are harder than others, as they have built-in remote-ssh extensions you would need to disable first.
