Specific extension won't update

Hi every one,
I recently made an extension for my use case, and I upload it to OpenVSX.
But every time I release an update, there is no update button or auto update. The only way to update are "install specific version" or "codium --install-extension".

$ codium --install-extension iglou-eu.time-tracking --force
Installing extensions...
Updating the extension 'iglou-eu.time-tracking' to the version 1.0.2
Installing extension 'iglou-eu.time-tracking'...
Extension 'iglou-eu.time-tracking' v1.0.2 was successfully installed.

I know TS script, but not codium extension environment, and probably I made something badly.
Like a bad pkg declaration.

Yep and all my other extensions like Git Graph auto update smoothly.

This is only with my personal extension :(

I did look but nothing obvious...

Have you look into the logs (menu View/Output and tab Extension Host)?

I have it installed in a VM. So I should see if I have the issue in the next release.

Nothing odd into logs.
I will make a new release soon for manually adding time.
