Fresh install, 'Open Folder' crashes the app.

Describe the bug
Did a fresh install of codium, when clicking 'Open Folder' it crashes.

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

• This bug doesn't happen if I use Microsoft's Visual Studio Code. It only happens in VSCodium.

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

• I checked the Docs page and the Troubleshooting page and my issue is not mentioned there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Fresh install of codium
2. Click on 'Open Folder'
3. Crash, app closes.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04
• Architecture x64
• Version 1.99.12392
• App Manager Snap
• Sandboxed Classic mode snap
