Describe the bug
Copilot chat works really slow. a very simple prompt that would take it 20 second on vscode takes several minutes on vscodium

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

• This bug doesn't happen if I use Microsoft's Visual Studio Code. It only happens in VSCodium.

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

• I checked the Docs page and the Troubleshooting page and my issue is not mentioned there.

I think I have the same issue with OpenAI Codex: after submitting a prompt the it become really slow and VScodium Helper (Plugin) process star eating all the cpu.
