The best automation is the one your team actually trusts. Start with one boring, repeated task and make it invisible.
I used to ship features without checking whether anyone used them. Three habits changed that:
- Instrument every new flow before launch.
- Pick one metric you will actually act on.
- Review it weekly, not quarterly.
- Avoid: "In today's fast-paced world..."
- Avoid: "delve into", "landscape", "synergy", "leverage"
- Avoid: asking for personal data or private details in replies.
- Avoid: self-promotional links dropped into unrelated conversations.
