Improve Earlobe Tracking

We currently have a rudimentary implementation of earlobe tracking. See getEarlobeKeypoints in mesh.js.

1. Review the existing code. Suggest fixes if there are any obvious issues.
2. Test the current implementation. Note down cases, preferably with screenshots, where tracking fails.
3. Make changes and suggest improvements.

Harman suggested using some form of triangulation based on the two current points (ear and side of face) along with a third point that's lower than the one we're using for the side of the face.

I'm not sure how this would work atm, but it's worth looking into.
