File Name truncation when the full path length is more than 260 characters

Hey Guys,

We have a scenario where the file name is truncating when the full path length is more than 260 characters. Do you have any thoughts on how we can resolve this issue.
e.g.
actual file name and path- C:\Users\abcdef\Desktop\AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA\BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB\CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC\DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD\EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE\FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF\FileName1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111.txt

File name when uploaded as - FileNa~1.txt
