Rog xbox ally x - desktop mode become laggy as hell

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

After a some update (not sure about exact version) something happened with desktop mode. For now it is laggy as hell, not responding for 5-10 seconds randomly even on idle, dolphin window some times freezing for 30 seconds not responding, big picture is lagging too.
Set performance mode has no effect. Set tdp to 35 has no effect. Looks like something wrong with cpu frequency, dont know how to check that. Force setting lawd cpu scheduler has no effect. Cpu do nothing, utilize about 7%. All updates are installed at the moment.

In gaming mode all good and smooth BTW

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Get in desktop mode

Seems like it depends on something like bios or hardware. I saw high cpu temperatures (94 celsius) on cpu with only 60 on gpu (egpu was connected at the moment) and some strange fan cracking. Looks like its a throttle problem. Strange but nothing at all today, works fine, the only thing i did is restart device, even doesnt touch it from yesterday, it stays at dock. Closing this issue
