[Android] Add a short GIF on first app run showing how to plug in radio to phone #339
Description
We're getting a slew of non-English 1-star app store reviews saying the app doesn't work. I suspect they may be downloading expecting it to be standalone, and don't realize you need to have a radio to plug in.
We should show a one-time animated GIF in a dialog box on the first app run, showing a kv4p HT 2.x device being plugged into the USB port of the phone, with an OK button. It only shows that first time.
My hope is that will catch people early enough so they say "Oh this needs a radio" and don't give us bad reviews.
The reason I don't think it's actual dislike of the (working) app, is all the reviews are just a few words saying it doesn't work rather than some specific issue or dislike.
