[Pull request] Fix markdown syntax in Wiki

Hello! I've fixed some markdown syntax in this repo's wiki. However, I cannot submit the pull request for the wiki as answer in this link, so I attached my fix here acting as a pull request:

Note: In the Project Description.md file, I'm not sure what is the expected result of these 3-line groups (line 6-8, 13-15, etc.)

Are they expected to produce a table? or something else? Because the current result is they're all in the same line, which looks doubtful. So I've left them untouched for now.
