XP Increase Stagger +1 count #13

I:"Base XP Cost"=1
I:"XP Increase Per Level"=1
I:"XP Increase Stagger"=4
When raising skill to 4, then 5 is also on the previous cost, and 6 is on increased cost.
It would be cool if
1,2,3,4 = 1level cost
5,6,7,8 = 2level cost
and so on
