Tab close button highlight is broken if there are too many tabs

Bug Description:
The little gray box that appears behind the X for the tab close button does not scroll sideways with the tab, which happens if you open too many tabs.

Steps To Reproduce:
Please provide all steps required to reproduce the behavior:

1. New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab, New Tab
2. Go to click the X on one of your open tabs

Expected Behavior:
I expected the button to line up
