Add option to always rename with suggested name or duplicated name.

What is the feature you'd like to have?
Have an option in Settings to either always use Duplicated Name or Suggested Name when renaming variable.

Additional Information:
I think it's a small little improvement that doesn't need a lot of work hours to implement...
