WARP Add Function Signature to File Overwrites Signature File

Bug Description:
"Add Function Signature to File" overwrites the signature file rather than adding to it.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Have a WARP signature file already created and located in the proper signatures folder under the user directory.
2. Open a database
3. Right click -> Plugins -> WARP -> Add Function Signature to File
4. Select the signature file to add to (from step 1)
5. Click "Save"
6. Notice that the signature file will be replaced and overwritten, not added to.

Expected Behavior:
Add the function signature to the selected signature file.
