Add support for Visual Studio 2005 SEH_prolog/epilog recognition.

exception_related is actually SEH_prolog, which allocates the stack space. The analysis fails to see it, and the stack it screwed up

This is likely due to us not handling VisualStudio 2005's SEH. The code that would need to be modified is right here: https://github.com/Vector35/binaryninja-api/blob/dev/platform/windows/platform_windows.cpp#L251 As this is such an old implementation its not high priority for us to fix but we'd be happy to accept a PR!

What actually happens after the function gets detected as SEH prolog/eoilog? I checked the code and it seems the only thing that gets done is to mark it as inline during analysis. If so, I believe a temporary workaround is to manually mark it as inlined. I will test if it works
