A dependency manager to project

Hi @VerisimilitudeX, I was going to start with the issue that you assigned to me, and I realised that the project does not have any dependency manager such as maven or gradle. I think it could be interesting adding it in order to manage dependencies in an easier and faster way. I would like to add some tests, to make sure that the functionality works as expected, which means that I would need to add a dependency to run them.

I am creating this issue to add a dependency manager before starting with the other issue, if that is ok for you.
