Location on certain subnets

Hello, I was looking at a few subnets that are used in the North East Ohio area including Cleveland and further out. I noticed it shows here as Columbus. I listed a few subnets below for a example. Does Verizon route all traffic from the NEO to Columbus then out of network? Thanks
