Enhancement: a faster Hifi and a slower Lofi #127

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?
my suggestion is a faster HIFI and slower LOFI called HIHIFI and LOLOFI
what this does is just make the song (for HIHIFI) twice as fast as HIFI
and (for LOLOFI) twice as slow as LOFI
Why I want to be added in
I just think Hifi isn't fast enough for some songs and at the beggining I wanted just wanted HIHIFI and then realised, why have just HIHIFI when you can just have LOLOFI aswell
Sorry if this sounds dumb, I tried to do this myself in the SourceCode, can't so I'm suggesting it here
