Description:
In order to enhance the user experience and facilitate charitable contributions, we need to integrate a Paypal Giving Fund link and button within our Next.js application that utilizes Tailwind CSS. This will allow users to easily access the Paypal Giving Fund platform and make donations seamlessly.

Tasks:

• Implement a hyperlink that directs users to the Paypal Giving Fund platform.
• Design and style a visually appealing button using Tailwind CSS, labeled "Donate via Paypal Giving Fund."
• Ensure that the link and button align with the overall design and layout of the Next.js app.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A dedicated page or section within the Next.js app contains the Paypal Giving Fund link and button.
• Clicking the link redirects users to the Paypal Giving Fund platform in a new browser tab.
• The button's design follows the Tailwind CSS styling and integrates seamlessly with the app's overall aesthetics.
• The link and button maintain responsiveness and consistent functionality across various devices and browsers.
