[Feature]: Use MPU to protect unwanted read/write/execute

### Describe the Feature

We should be using the MPU to protect against:

- Null pointer dereferences
- Writes into ITCM
- Executes from DTCM
- Flash overwrites in image area

and potentially other things. Might be able to use it as a stack boundary too.
