Ghastling scale adjustment using new scale attribute #1058

Problem Description

The baby form of the Happy Ghast (Ghastling) in ViaBackwards appears significantly different in size compared to its intended model, which severely detracts from the player experience. Its visual scale and hitbox feel mismatched and inconsistent.

Solution Description

Utilize Minecraft 1.20.5's newly added scale attribute to adjust the Ghastling's size to match its real-world design. By applying or multiplying this attribute, the Ghastling can be rendered visually at the correct size, and the hitbox can be adjusted to closely align with its appearance. Existing entities with the scale attribute already applied can simply have their current value multiplied.

Additional Info

In Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.2, baby variants of Dolphins, Squids, and Glow Squids were introduced. By applying the appropriate scale values, the visual size and hitboxes of these baby mobs can be accurately represented, even on clients running versions prior to 1.21.2. (1.20.5~1.21.1)

Baby Squid, Glow Squid: scale x0.5
