Bug Description

When a client running Minecraft 1.21.4 or below joins a server running Minecraft 1.21.5 or above, the Frog entity's color is incorrectly displayed for the connecting lower-version client.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up a server running Minecraft 1.21.5~1.21.10
2. Join the server using a client running a lower version, such as 1.21.4, 1.20.6, or 1.19.4.
3. Spawn a Frog entity (e.g., a Temperate, Warm, or Cold Frog) or locate naturally spawned Frogs.
