Add a more intuitive way to obtain blocks in classic versions. (Mainly for viaproxy.)

I cant help but feel like there could be a better way to obtain the blocks that exist in the classic versions, instead of needing to search for blocks that dont turn to stone.
There is few enough that it could fit in a chest gui, or (in the earliest versions) even the survival inventory.
