Crash when clicking on "New VR Setup".

There are possibilities to crash PolyVR in the "VR Setup"-Tab.
- Crash when clicking the button to create a new Setup
- Crash when changing Setup in Drop-Down-Menu
- Crash when going in "rename mode" and trying to exit it again (sometimes)
- Random crashes that happen in clicks in the list on the left that are not clearly reproducable.
