VictoriaLogs: make version of VictoriaLogs visible #116

I was trying to run queries from documentation like _time:5m | unpack_json from _msg but with no luck. It turned out that I was using an old version of VictoriaLogs where unpack_json was not supported.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be awesome to see current version of VictoriaLogs somewhere in UI and maybe return the current version as part of the error message or something like "consider updating your version of VictoriaLogs", not just unexpected tail: " unpack_json from _msg".
Describe alternatives you've considered
Guessing that my version is outdated.
