Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
For co managed situations like an internal platform or an MSP with co managed IT, it would be useful for the MSP or admins of the internal platform to query all logs but only allow a team or customer to see their logs. this could also be useful for setting a common set of recording and alerting rules across all tenants.

I would like there to be a multitenant query endpoint similar to Victoriametrics that returns vm_account_id and vm_project id fields
