Need to fill explicitly on each section the extraLabels even if label(s) is(are) comon to each kubernetes objects
Describe the solution you'd like
Adding an extraLabels section inside the global section of the Helm chart to permit this and merge labels between global.extraLabels and app.extraLabels into one set of labels
