Add documentation for upgrade strategy

Recently The Victoriametrics operator now has support for multiple upgrade strategies, the operator docs need to be updated to explain how to configure the upgrade strategy, and reference the [existing upgrade strategy docs](https://docs.victoriametrics.com/victoriametrics/cluster-victoriametrics/#updating--reconfiguring-cluster-nodes)
