Dependabot no longer shows release notes or changelog

A new ViewComponent release is a joyous event, and whenever Dependabot notifies me of one, I dig into the changelog to see what's changed.

However, the recent change to move CHANGELOG into docs/ (54aa0f5 / PR #972) seems to have broken Dependabots ability to include the changes in its pull requests. All we get now is

I miss being able to see those when Dependabot creates a Pull Request with a new release:

Now, I didn't create this as an issue because I can't figure out if this is a Dependabot problem or a ViewComponent problem. All I know is I miss the extra signals in Dependabot PRs. What would be the best path to get those back?

I've raised an issue for this one, since I'd agree it's worthy of one. Dependabot compatibility would be good - for folks that don't have the time to actively follow ViewComponent's development, the changelog is a good way to get a rundown of changes that might require input before you merge them in.
