Popup feature - always "ol-popup-top" and "ol-popup-left" in case of "ol-fixed"

When the popup is fixed (ol-fixed), I would like it to always assume the classes "ol-popup-top" and "ol-popup-left," even on subsequent clicks after it has been fixed. How can I do this?

Positioning is driven by CSS. You have to override the CSS to handle its position on the map.
