Should use "data_file" from config file if not passed in directly

This requires to not use default with the click data_file option probably, but pass through either None then to coverage.py, or get it from the coverage.py config (rcfile) ourselves.

Would avoid requiring changes like the following with users: blueyed/vim-qf_resize@267a7bb.
