Good point. I see that this would make it clear to the user that the bucket has been already scanned.

But it won't be as simple as changing the message—as with the current workflow, the bucket might have not been scanned at all in cases where some dependencies were missing or that the "passive mode" was turned on.

However, the workflow can be changed so that the message is more informative to the user (in the next release).
