Add a search box for individual contributors

as a user, I'd like to be able to search for my name/nickname and find my personal report on the dashboard (It would make pages like http://activity.openstack.org/dash/browser/people.html?id=159 be more easily discoverable)

This feature is currently in our roadmap for the next months/weeks. Stay tuned.

As first step, the search box can look for organizations. Next step: enable people and repositories searches.
