Mic instantly stop when try to use any Input Method (Microphone) other than `System Default`

So, if I select any other audio input device then system default, I noticed that whenever I tried to use the mic it instantly stops as soon as I click the button that triggers the push to talk mode

@yaviral17 I have a candidate fix for this in #175. Could you please test this signed/notarized build?

What was fixed: when recording starts with some selected input devices, macOS/AVAudioEngine can emit an immediate audio configuration-change notification while the route is settling. VocaMac was treating that startup notification like a real unplug/device change, so recording stopped right after it began and the mic icon only flashed briefly.

The fix keeps recording active for that harmless startup route-change notification when the audio engine is still running, while preserving the normal forced reset/recovery behavior for real device changes after startup.

It would be especially helpful if you can try the same non-System Default microphone path from your repro and confirm whether recording now stays active.
