Port to TBC

Hey ! This Addon is pure gold for Heal Officers.
I would really need to it for TBC and I'm offering my help to port it for 2.4.3.

I tried it and most of the display is working, but the functional feature are not. 
I should probably check the wow API change from Vanilla to TBC and try each function call.

If anyone can help me with this, I will greatly appreciate.
