change to NBT #18
Description
before the first major version is released i want to switch progression to NBT. would be much easier and better
this means changes to QuestInstance, ObjectiveProgress and OutcomeProgress (particularly their serialize() methods and their deserialization constructors), as well as probably ProgressStore & implementations
