[Bug]: Default CLI text to hard to read in dark terminal

@codefoster I can definitely lighten the text. Can you send me a screenshot of what it looks like in your terminal? The terminal you use can override those colors, which makes universal styling difficult. The CLI uses chalk for colors and styling. In the meantime, you can disable colors and styling by passing in the --no-color flag.

I use Windows Terminal with the *Vintage* color scheme. Here's what it looks like to me... [image: vonage-cli.png] I think it might not need adjusting from your side though, Chuck, because I switched to a few other dark themes in Terminal and it looks good with most of them. I think the "Vintage" theme just has a non-ideal combination of colors. Here it is in "Solarized Dark"... [image: solarized-dark.png]

Thanks for those images. Using them I'll be able to make adjustments to the colors
