Get rid of bootstrap dependency in react-ui

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some Vulcan components were defined only in Bootstrap or Material UI package. Now, we aim at supporting an unstyled version with pure HTML and className.
We need to port those components to pure HTML/React.

Describe the solution you'd like
The relevant components are localed in "/packages/react-ui/components/bootstrap". They need to be rewritten t have no dependency to react-bootstrap.
