[FEATURE] Proxy Git clone directly on URL

We could proxy the git clone request directly of the url to fetch projects.
This is actually quite a nifty idea where instead of a dedicated git url you can just go: `git clone --depth=1 https://intra.hamette.net/users/.../projects/...` and get access to the project.
